INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS :
- DON'T INSTALL OVER ANOTHER VERSION OF I.C.E. USE A NEW VANILLA INSTALL INSTEAD
- Be sure Hearts Of Iron III - Semper Fi is 2.04f version
- Make a copy of the vanilla unmodded and NEVER modded game
- Delete the \gfx\interface\prov_pictures folder
- Delete the \history\provinces folder
- BE SURE YOU HAVE DELETE THE TWO MENTIONNED FOLDERS
- Extract I.C.E. GFX over your HOI3 copy, overwrite when asked
- Extract I.C.E. 3.3.3 main files over your HOI3 copy, overwrite when asked
- Delete the \map\cache folder
- BE SURE YOU HAVE DELETE THE MAP CACHE FOLDER
- Launch the game and wait for the map cache to build
- Exit and launch again
